We are a group of enthusiasts and professionals passionate about sharing great ideas. We have 20+ years of experience working across the education landscape including strategy, policy and research, digital and innovation, project management, teaching and career counseling.

With the fast moving technology landscape dictating the labour market shifts, we must ensure an agile and forward looking education system that will support young generations to meet the demands of the future. That's why we need more education initiatives that promote creativity and problem solving skills while learning how to harness the limitless potential of technology.

Vanja Madžgalj, CEO
As the programme lead, Vanja brings 25 years of experience in education management and project design. In her role as a former British Council director for over 20 years, she led transformational school projects, and influenced education policy in digital, CPD and school leadership
Branka Žižić, COO
Expert in science & innovation policy and management, key negotiator for EU Chapter 25. Extensive experience in implementing the EU framework programmes for research and innovation and Smart Specialization Strategy. Managed numerous higher education programmes and legislation reform.
Sava Kovačević
Passionate about teaching, Sava is recognized for his extraordinary classroom work which integrates technology and life skills. He creates confident, tech savvy and self-driven young citizens. Master's degree in youth policy, a teacher, trainer and youth worker.
Snežana Radusinović
For over a decade, creating inspiring TV programmes about innovative educational and business approaches worldwide. Snežana's has a particular interest in the growth mindset and self-development, which she has explored in the UK.
Saša Lalović Vlaović
A master of psychology in education and a transactional therapist, with work experience in the HR industry, Saša brings a wealth of experience in career counseling for young people and training them to become work ready.
